🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – Khaleej
At Khaleej, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple exchange and return process under the terms outlined below.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Return & Exchange Policy.
1. 📦 Return & Exchange Window
- Returns: Must be requested within 5 days of delivery
- Exchanges: Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Requests made after this time period will not be accepted.
2. ✅ Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- The product must be returned in resalable condition
Khaleej reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet these conditions.
3. 🔄 Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange request:
- Contact us via Email or WhatsApp
- Provide the following details:
- Order ID
- Reason for return or exchange
- Images of the product (if damaged or defective)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, our support team will provide further instructions.
4. 🚚 Reverse Shipping Policy
- Reverse pickup may be arranged in serviceable areas
- If pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product using a reliable courier service
Shipping Charges
- For returns (non-defective items) → return shipping cost must be borne by the customer
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect products → Khaleej will cover the return shipping cost
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Khaleej will not be responsible for lost return shipments.
5. 🔁 Exchange Policy
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued
Exchanges are recommended for size or fit related concerns.
6. 💳 Refund Policy (Gift Card)
Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be issued in the form of a Khaleej Gift Card (Store Credit).
Gift Card Details
- The gift card will be sent to your registered email address
- The value will be equal to the approved refund amount
- Gift cards can be used for future purchases on the Khaleej website
Processing Time
Gift cards are issued within 48 hours after successful inspection of the returned product.
Gift Card Terms
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash
- Gift cards can be partially or fully used
- Any remaining balance can be used for future orders
- Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the gift card value.
7. ⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear images or videos as proof
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following:
- Free replacement, or
- Full refund to the original payment method
8. ❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Items marked non-returnable on the product page
9. 📝 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
10. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability
Khaleej shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Minor color variations due to different screen displays
- Return shipments sent without following the official return process
