Return Policy (3–5 Days)

  • Eligibility for Return:
    Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Return Period:
    Return requests must be initiated within 3–5 days of receiving your order.

  • Process for Returns:

    1. Email us at Khaleejknits@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Once approved, ship the item back at your own expense using a trackable courier.

    3. After inspection, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days (excluding shipping charges).

  • Limitations:
    We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered.

Exchange Policy (7 Days)

  • Eligibility for Exchange:
    Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Exchange Period:
    Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Process for Exchanges:

    1. Contact our customer service at Khaleejknits@gmail.com.

    2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

    3. Ship the item back at your own expense using a trackable shipping method.

  • Limitations:
    We do not exchange items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
