Abysmal customer care. They sent the product with the missing clip, they said they made a mistake and sent the wrong product, after repeatedly asking for update regarding either asking for a reverse pick-up or sending the missing clip which I offered to sew it in by myself, they did not make any effort to follow up. I've currently given up on getting any resolution. While the quality of the item is great, I would not recommend paying a premium amount with this level of service.
