• If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund will be issued in the form of a Khaleej Gift Card (Store Credit).

Gift Card Details

• The value will be equal to the approved refund amount

Processing Time

Gift cards are issued within 48 hours after successful inspection of the returned product.
